IPS Group is seeking a Junior Bodily Injury Handler in Manchester to manage a caseload of lower value motor bodily injury claims. You will handle cases through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal from instruction to settlement, liaising with claimants, solicitors and third parties while developing your technical knowledge.

The role offers a salary of £30,000–£33,000 with a 10% discretionary bonus and a fully office-based setup during probation, with the possibility to work from home one day

Qualifications

• Experience in motor claims, with exposure to bodily injury
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Proactive and organised approach to claims handling
• Willingness to further develop technical knowledge within bodily injury
