Qualifications

• Manages motor bodily injury claims from inception through settlement.
• Experience handling OIC and MOJ portals.
• Understanding of indemnity, liability and quantum in claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of motor bodily injury claims.
• Review medical evidence and expert reports.
• Negotiate settlements and liaise with claimants, solicitors and third parties.
• Handle out-of-jurisdiction claims (Scotland, NI, Guernsey) when needed.
