Lifeplus Europe Ltd is seeking a Junior MI Analyst to turn business data into accurate management information that supports decision making. You will work with experienced MI analysts to produce reports and dashboards, prepare and validate data, and respond to reporting requests.

You’ll identify trends and data quality issues, improving how information is presented and used across the business. This role offers learning across departments and opportunities to develop your analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience producing reports to support business or operational decisions.
• Experience validating and merging data from multiple sources.
• Ability to identify trends and discrepancies in data.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams understand business performance and make informed decisions
• Prepare, validate and combine data from different sources to support reporting and analysis
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests, presenting information clearly and accurately
• Identify trends, patterns or data quality issues, supporting further investigation where needed
• Work with colleagues across the business to understand reporting requirements and provide relevant information
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, datasets and existing reporting solutions
• Contribute to improvements in reporting tools, processes and data visualisation
• Maintain accurate reporting documentation to support consistency and continuity
