A leading financial services company in the UK is seeking a Senior MI & Reporting Analyst to transform how management information is designed, managed, and reported. You will own key MI datasets, ensuring data accuracy while implementing streamlined reporting solutions. The role requires advanced skills in Excel and experience with data visualization tools. The position offers a salary of up to £60,000 along with a 20% bonus and hybrid working arrangements.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in data modelling, analysis and MI report development.
Advanced Excel skills, including strong VBA and Power Query capability.
Experience building dashboards and visualisations (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Responsibilities
Own and maintain high-quality base data that underpins planning and management information.
Lead improvements in how data is transformed, stored and reported.
Design and produce insightful MI outputs (e.g. dashboards, heatmaps, RAG views).
Drive the adoption of tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insight that supports strategic decisions.
