TBS Resourcing is seeking a Junior MI Analyst to support the Performance & Insight Team in delivering management information, analytics and modelling for government clients. The role involves creating regular reports, data extraction and ad hoc analysis to aid forecasting, performance review and business decisions.

Hybrid role with Newport office presence; ideal candidates have a 2.1+ degree in data-related field and strong numeracy, attention to detail and communication skills to engage with

Qualifications

• MI Analyst or 2.1+ degree in Data Science/Maths/Finance for first MI role.
• Experience or ability to develop clear, accurate reports for decision making.
• Numerate with strong analytical thinking and detail orientation.
• Organised with good attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed, regular reporting including pipeline/forecasting and KPIs.
• Extract, interrogate and analyse data to support decision making.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse requirements and tailor solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in MI reporting.
• Use Excel and other tools to consolidate data for insights.
• Provide interpretation and commentary to stakeholders to aid decisions.
• Maintain client engagement and support the MI & Data Insight team.
