Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer in Oxford, office-based, to join a growing IT team. The role blends hands-on IT support with infrastructure administration in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure systems, networks and end-user services stay secure, reliable and highly available.

You’ll provide first and second-line support, manage core IT infrastructure, and assist with documentation, automation and improvements as the organisation grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Support or IT Infrastructure Support role.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and VLANs.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop environments and business IT infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple support requests.
• Experience using IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to users across the business.
• Manage, prioritise and resolve IT support tickets, escalating where appropriate.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and mobile devices for new starters.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user accounts and permissions.
• Maintain and support core IT infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment and office technology.
• Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Monitor and troubleshoot networking issues including VPN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
• Maintain IT asset registers, hardware inventory and documentation.
• Support backups, security updates and system maintenance.
• Help improve IT processes, documentation and day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
