Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic grounding in IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Interest in first-line IT support and resolving user issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial first-line IT support for straightforward queries.
• Coordinate and administer IT service requests and related activities.
• Log, monitor and progress incidents and service requests, escalating when needed.
• Track actions from incidents, problems and service reviews.
• Support service performance reporting and operational metrics.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures and knowledge articles.
• Help maintain IT asset, licence and supplier records.
• Maintain SharePoint and other document repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes and keep actions updated.
• Prepare papers, reports and briefing information.
• Assist with supplier, purchasing, budget, purchase orders and invoices.
• Communicate with colleagues, IT suppliers and users across the organisation.
