The Home Office is seeking a Junior Operations Analyst to support IT Operations Centre (ITOC) activities in London on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. The role requires eligibility for NPPV and SC security clearance, with on-site work and a fast-paced deployment for short-term needs.

Ideal candidates will monitor real-time services, raise incidents, track resolutions, and contribute to continuous service improvements while coordinating with resolver teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups.
• Ability to work in IT Operations Centre and with resolver teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuous development.
• Understanding of ITIL event, incident and problem management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor infrastructure, network and applications for alerts.
• Raise incidents in service management toolsets.
• Support incident and problem resolution with internal teams.
• Produce incident reports and data as required.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Assist with Business Continuity activities.
