Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced NOC/Service Desk professional for its UK Managed Services Operations Centre. You will log, classify and escalate incidents with accurate details, delivering first-class service via phone, email, and chat, and coordinating with suppliers for timely resolution.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern (4 on/4 off) and requires SC & NPPV3 clearance; residency in the UK for at least 5 years is advised.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and disciplined approach to resolving complex issues.
• Experience within a NOC/Service Desk environment desirable.
• ITIL v4 Foundation qualification would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Network Management Tools to investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents.
• Engage with suppliers and other parties to progress incidents and requests.
• Provide direct customer service across channels (phone, email, web chat) to meet SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within SLA and escalate when jeopardised.
• Produce reports to aid diagnostics and incident resolution.
