Job summary
OneSchool Global UK is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team at the Regional Support Office in Coventry. You will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance and administration of the IT infrastructure, provide 2nd line support and assist with infrastructure projects across campuses.
The role offers hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, security and automation, with scope to learn from experienced infrastructure specialists while helping keep systems secure,
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, systems administration or infrastructure.
- Experience troubleshooting issues in a Microsoft environment.
- Strong customer service and IT support principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line infrastructure support across core systems, cloud services, networks and servers.
- Troubleshoot incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Escalate major incidents and assist with root cause analysis.
- Support infrastructure projects, deployments and technology rollouts.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with change control processes and IT governance standards.
