• At least 2 years’ ICT/2nd line support experience.
• Experience in education sector preferred but not essential.
• Able to explain technical issues in layman’s terms.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues impacting the school's functions with robust solutions.
• Installation or repair of computers with standardised applications and networking software, diagnosing and solving problems.
• Respond to desktop/network duties across installations, including devices (iPads, printers, projectors, AV equipment).
