Job summary

Transforming Learning Group Ltd in Witney is seeking a proactive 3rd line ICT support specialist to join our existing team. You will provide high‑level technical support to schools and act as the escalation point while mentoring 1st/2nd line colleagues.

The role includes travel across the South of the UK, with some office/onsite and hybrid working patterns depending on location. DBS checks apply, and a driving licence is preferred to meet travel demands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 3rd line ICT support for schools.
• Ability to lead on server and network installations.
• Proactive, customer-focused communication.
• Willingness to travel to locations around the South of the UK.
• DBS check requirement for the role and driving licence desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd line technical support for schools, providing outstanding levels of customer service and support.
• Resolve and manage any technical issues that impact the running of the school’s function by providing robust technical solutions.
• Help with the support/mentoring of the 1st/2nd support roles.
• Enforce and monitor in line with school policies.
• Undertake project work and lead on various projects from inception to implementation.
• Internal network support if required.
• Internal staff training.
