Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an ICT Consultant to support a secondary school in Dulwich, London. You will maintain IT hardware and services across the school's sites and help raise ICT standards to enhance teaching and learning.

The role requires at least 2 years' ICT Technician/2nd line experience, good communication, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. DBS checks will be carried out; salary is 28,000–33,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in ICT Technician/2nd line support.
• Experience in education sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
• Self-motivated team player with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and manage technical issues affecting the school's operations.
• Install or repair computers with standardised software and networking.
• Support network and desktop services; manage user accounts and devices.
