Job summary

Freightliner is seeking an experienced HGV Driver (Specialist Haulage) to join our Southampton team. You will transport containers in a timely manner, prioritise safety, and uphold our high standards for reliability and service.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Class 1 UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Full CPC qualification (DQC card).
• Minimum 1 year's driving experience.
• Proven experience of transporting containers.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Good comprehension of written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, with a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport containers in a timely manner.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Represent Freightliner in a professional manner.
• Maintain vehicle standards and report defects promptly.
• Coordinate with operations for efficient haulage in Southampton.

The role

With a fleet of top spec, modern luxury vehicles and recent investment in technology we are looking for the right individual to join our team in Southampton.

As an HGV Driver you will be responsible for transporting containers in a timely manner, all while sharing our culture and belief of health and safety being the number one priority.

About you
