Qualifications

• Experience in first line HR duties and training coordination.
• CIPD qualification desirable or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food sector or production HR/training beneficial.
• Strong communication and ability to deliver training to groups.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, supportive and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate SOP training, competency assessments and compliance activities.
• Drive learning through Redzone Learning and other tools.
• Create, review and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Support onboarding for new starters.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs.
