Recruit4Talent Ltd. is seeking a Junior HR Advisor to coordinate training and provide first-line HR support at our Bilston site. You will help manage HR records, assist with onboarding, and drive training and SOP compliance to ensure a safe, skilled workforce.

The role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work with managers to identify training needs. CIPD progression is welcomed, as is experience within the food/production sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in first line HR duties and training coordination, learning and development, compliance, or a similar role.
• HR qualifications - working towards CIPD certification would be desirable but not essential. You may be qualified by experience
• Knowledge of the food sector would be desirable or production environment in an HR/training capacity.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence delivering training to groups of employees.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to build positive working relationships and influence others effectively.
• Good IT skills, ideally with experience using training systems or digital learning tools.
• Experience working with SOPs and an understanding of BRC requirements would be advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• A proactive, supportive and professional approach, with a genuine interest in helping colleagues have a positive work experience.

Job description

Junior HR Advisor sought to join an award-winning, £multimillion turnover food plant based in Bilston. They are a privately owned company who supply numerous sectors including foodservice, retail, wholesale and catering, both in the UK and abroad.

Your Role as a Junior HR Advisor:

The role will be predominantly to coordinate training and to provide HR support as first line HR contact.

You will also plan, coordinate and maintain effective training & HR records across the site.

You will support new starters, manage accurate training & HR records, assist with SOPs and work instructions, and help ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence required to work safely and effectively.
