Recruit4Talent Ltd is recruiting a Junior HR Advisor for a Bilston‑based award‑winning food manufacturer. The role reports to the HR function and supports the business across the UK and overseas, handling administration, onboarding and employee support.

You will coordinate training, maintain records, update SOPs, assist with recruitment and wellbeing initiatives, and work closely with factory teams. The position is full‑time with described hours and a 40‑hour week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Administration.
• Learning & Development focus and training coordination.
• Training Coordination or a similar People role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; confidentiality.
• Proficient MS Office, esp. Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes across the organisation.
• Maintain training and compliance records.
• Write and update SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist with onboarding and induction.
• Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees.
• Assist with recruitment, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment processes, interviews and candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with factory teams.
