Chase & Holland Recruitment Ltd in Grimsby is partnering with a Lincolnshire based not-for-profit to recruit a Junior HR Advisor. You will provide effective advice on employment matters, support line managers, and learn to lead ER cases with timely, compliant outcomes.

This role offers development within a friendly HR team and exposure to policy development, reporting, and staff onboarding. CIPD is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD desirable but not essential.
• Relevant Level 3 qualification required.
• Experience within a similar role and use of HR systems.
• Ability to assist in or lead the process of concluding casework.
• Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coaching managers by providing effective advice and guidance on how to fairly manage staff in line with values, practice and law.
• Managing an ER caseload from start to finish.
• Supporting across HR team for effective outcomes.
• Contributing to the development of HR policies, practices and procedures within the organisation.
• Participating in initiatives to drive improvements across the organisation.
• Producing HR data and reports from HR systems for management use.
• Assisting with induction and development programmes, training and presenting.

Junior HR Advisor - Grimsby - up to £30,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working exclusively with a Lincolnshire based, forward-thinking, not for profit business who are currently seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join their bright and friendly team.

As Junior HR Advisor you'll be a key member of the HR team providing effective advice and guidance with regards to employment within the organisation and the HR policies and procedures. Learning to lead on assigned ER cases you'll drive the process, ensuring it is completed within suitable timeframes, whilst supporting and advising line managers on these matters.

Junior HR Advisor Responsibilities:

• Coaching managers by providing effective advice and guidance on how to fairly manage their staff ensuring this is in line with the organisation's values, good practice and employment law with support from line manager
• Providing a dedicated approach to manging an ER case load from commencement to conclusion
• Supporting across all areas of the HR team to ensure effective outcomes
• Contributing towards the development of the HR policies, practices and procedures within the organisation, inclusive of review, planning, implementation and consistent application
• Participating in the initiatives which will contribute towards improvements across the organisation
• Producing management information and data from the HR systems and other management systems for reporting purposes
• Assisting with induction and other development programmes, presentations and training delivery
• Analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends and potential actions, ensuring continuous improvement
