Job summary

Swissport International in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join the Global Dayforce Support team within IT. You will support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Dayforce HR system across the business, working with HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and analyze processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in global/multi-regional support.
• Dayforce experience is a plus but not essential.
• Understanding of HR/payroll processes desirable.
• Exposure to HRIS configuration or testing.
• Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication across regions/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Dayforce modules globally.
• Configure and test Dayforce workflows, forms, and configuration.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to translate processes into system requirements.
• Support UAT for system updates and change control.
• Create and maintain support documentation and test scripts.
• Provide first-line Dayforce support to global contacts via HALO.
