NG Bailey Group is seeking a Dayforce-focused People Systems professional to support and optimise our Dayforce environment. You will work within the People Systems team to deliver enhancements, data quality projects and secure, reliable system operations across HR and Payroll stakeholders.

Whether you're currently working as a People Systems Administrator, Systems Officer, Systems Specialist or Systems Analyst, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing one of our most important business platforms.
Working as part of a collaborative People Systems function, you'll help maintain, enhance and optimise our Dayforce environment, supporting colleagues across the business while contributing to system improvements, configuration changes, data quality initiatives and ongoing projects.
