wagamama is seeking a Junior Front of House Manager to lead service in a busy restaurant in Basildon. You’ll be in the action, ensuring smooth service, supporting the team, and stepping up when it gets busy so guests leave eager to return.

You’ll join a vibrant team with a Kaizen mindset, mentoring colleagues, managing shifts, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hands-on role designed for growth within our hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Ready to run shifts, plan shifts for proper cover, and coach on the go.
• Understand labour management and rotas, and learn the financial side of the restaurant.
