Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support and coach your team, own your shifts to drive performance, and contribute to the restaurant's success.

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labour and rotas, eager to learn about financial performance
