The role |

As a junior front of house manager, you’ll be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support in continuous coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be, owning your shifts to drive individual and restaurant performance.

• Are passionate about supporting your team and helping others be the best they can be, maintaining high standards
• Are ready to run shifts, plan shifts to ensure proper coverage, and love working with the team, coaching on the go
• Have an understanding of managing labour and rotas, and are eager to learn about the financial performance of your restaurant
• Are great at recognizing excellent performance on shift and celebrating this with your team
