About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to deliver high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing, and ensure optimal coverage
• Recognize and celebrate team performance
• Understand and assist with managing labour, rotas, and financial performance

• Passion for supporting team growth and maintaining high standards
• Ability to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understanding of labour management and financial aspects
• Ability to recognize and celebrate good performance
