About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. Your responsibilities include coaching your team, supporting their development, and owning your shifts to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to achieve high standards
• Manage shifts effectively, planning staffing to ensure proper coverage
