About the Role

We are seeking a junior front of house manager to join our team. This role involves supporting a positive environment for guests and team members, coaching and developing staff, owning shifts, and driving performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing your team to reach their potential
• Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure adequate coverage
• Recognizing and celebrating great performance
• Understanding and managing labour, rotas, and restaurant financials
