About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting and developing team members to achieve their best
• Managing shifts, planning staffing to ensure adequate coverage, coaching on the go
• Understanding labor management, rotas, and learning about financial performance
• Recognizing and celebrating great performance on shift

• Passion for supporting team growth and maintaining high standards
• Experience in running shifts and managing staff schedules
