About the Role

We are looking for a junior front of house manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate your team to maintain high standards
• Manage shifts effectively, planning staffing and coaching on the go
• Understand and manage labour, rotas, and learn about restaurant financials
• Recognize and celebrate team achievements
