Job summary

wagamama is hiring a Junior Front of House Manager for evenings and weekends to lead service and support the restaurant team. You will join a vibrant, fast-paced environment where you help ensure smooth operations, coach staff, and step in when it gets busy.

You will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage shifts, and contribute to the restaurant’s performance while fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and mentor staff.
• Proven experience running shifts and planning coverage.
• Understanding of managing labour and rotas in a busy restaurant.
• Ability to recognise and celebrate performance on shift.
