Job summary

wagamama is seeking a junior front of house manager for evenings and weekends to lead service in a busy restaurant, stepping up when it gets busy and backing your team so every guest leaves wanting to return.

You will work with the management team to run a vibrant, high-performing venue, mentor staff, manage shifts, and uphold high standards while embracing a Kaizen mindset to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house team.
• Ability to plan and manage shifts and cover.
• Willingness to mentor staff and drive improvements.
• Comfort with fast-paced service and problem solving.
