wagamama in the United Kingdom is looking for a junior front of house manager to lead evenings and weekends. You’ll work closely with the management team to keep service smooth, support your staff, and ensure guests leave wanting to return.

You’ll step into busy sections, plan shifts, mentor your team, and adopt a Kaizen mindset to find small, continuous improvements. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality and building a strong team culture.
