Job summary

wagamama in Hereford is looking for a junior front of house manager who will lead shifts, step in during busy periods, and back the team to keep service smooth and guests happy.

You’ll mentor colleagues, plan rosters with care, and bring a Kaizen mindset to everyday improvements, helping the restaurant run tightly while delivering great guest experiences.
