Job summary

wagamama in Rushden is hiring a junior front of house manager to keep service smooth, lead shifts and back your team so guests leave eager to return.

You’ll work with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, mentor colleagues, jump into sections when busy, and continuously seek small improvements with a Kaizen mindset.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy supporting a team and maintaining high standards.
• Experience running shifts and planning coverage.
• Understanding labour and rota planning; interest in restaurant financials.
• Able to recognise and celebrate great performance on shift.
