wagamama ltd in Rushden is seeking a Junior Front of House Manager to keep service smooth, jump in during peak hours, and back your team so every guest leaves wanting to return. You’ll work with the management team to run a vibrant restaurant, mentor staff, plan shifts for proper coverage, and continually look for small improvements to raise standards.

This role also features biweekly pay with tips, staff meals on shift, and a supportive, disability-conscious work environment with opportunities
