wagamama is looking for a junior front of house manager who will be right there in the action, keeping service smooth, stepping up when it gets busy, and backing your team so every guest leaves wanting to return.

Work closely with the management team to run a vibrant, high‑performing restaurant, mentor your team, plan shifts for proper coverage, and keep pace with busy service while fostering a welcoming environment.
