Job summary

wagamama is hiring a junior front of house manager in Milton Keynes for a part-time role. You’ll be in the thick of service, supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations across the floor. This position focuses on leadership, guest experience, and hands-on management during busy periods.

You will run shifts, coach on the go, manage labour and rota planning, and champion a culture of growth and service excellence. This is a hands-on role that rewards teamwork and proactive problem solving.
