Policy Expert Claims is seeking a motivated Trainee First Response Technician in Swindon to begin a long-term career in restoration, insurance, and property services. You will learn how fire, water, and accidental damage claims are assessed and managed while supporting a busy team.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with restoring, drying, and sanitising tasks after fire or water damage.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and relevant parties.
• Carry out mitigation works to prevent further damage.
• Monitor and install drying equipment on-site.
• Document assessments, photographs, and communications accurately.
• Work with First Response Technicians and Team Leaders to ensure quality service.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Be adaptable to irregular working hours due to reactive nature of work.
