Job summary

Trinity Claims is seeking a motivated Trainee First Response Technician in Reading to begin a long-term career in restoration and insurance. You will work in customers' homes, learn salvage and drying processes, and support a fast-paced team dedicated to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoring, drying, and sanitising tasks after fire or water damage.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and relevant parties.
• Carry out mitigation works to prevent secondary damage.
• Monitor and install drying equipment on-site.
• Participate in assessments and ensure documentation is recorded.
• Collaborate with First Response Technicians and Team Leaders for high-quality service.
