Main Purpose of the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Finance Assistant to grow their career within a dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce environment. You’ll play an integral role in a supportive finance team, contributing to process improvements, strengthening financial controls, and driving operational support as the business continues its rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase invoices accurately using Xero
• Perform bank reconciliations, including purchases via Soldo
• Ensure invoices are correctly mapped from A2X in Xero
• Support month-end procedures and reconciliations
• Assist with statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Contribute ideas for improving financial and commercial processes
• Carry out general administrative finance duties as required

Requirements:

• Ideally 1+ year’s industry experience
• Proficiency with accounting software (Xero experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and initiative in problem-solving
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Strong ownership of tasks and proactive work ethic
• Excellent communication and written English
• Strong numerical skills and Excel competence (essential)
