Job summary

Copello is recruiting a Junior Field Sales Engineer to support growth across the North of England and Scotland. The role suits someone early in their commercial career who wants to develop sales skills, build customer relationships and progress into field-based technical sales.

You will train with an experienced team, grow product knowledge and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop in a technical sales path. The position is remote with regular UK travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer service.
• Interest in electronics manufacturing, engineering or related sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn and travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the North of England and Scotland.
• Build relationships with existing customers and grow accounts.
• Research potential customers and develop new markets and pipelines.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose solutions.
• Support sales from enquiry to quotation and order, maintaining records.
• Attend meetings and industry events with the team.
