Job summary

MDPI is seeking an entry-level Assistant Editor based in Manchester city centre. You will support editorial workflows, coordinate peer review, and manage communications with authors and reviewers.

This in-office role offers training and exposure to conferences and scholarly publishing within a dynamic international environment. Applicants should have a PhD or Master’s in an environment-related field, excellent English, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the editorial process for academic journals in your domain.
• Organize peer review and coordinate editorial decisions.
• Handle email communication between parties in the publication process.
