Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in a Development role within the Construction industry is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support Land & Development Managers in pre-construction phases.
• Assist in securing planning consent and internal governance approval.
• Manage several small projects under supervision.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office programmes; particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

Organised and methodical, with good attention to detail

Highly numerate with the ability to undertake feasibility appraisals

Highly literate and able to understand and interpret complex legal documentation

Ability to follow and lead change management programmes

Good geographic knowledge

Education

Educated to A level standard or equivalent
