Job summary

Hiring People in Manchester is seeking a Junior Business & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. You will support customers, handle administration and assist with sales support, ITAD operations, logistics and business development.

You will start in customer support and administration, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you learn, build relationships with customers and reseller partners, and help improve our processes in a friendly, ambitious environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, office administration, sales administration, retail or a similar environment.
• Experience in ITAD or refurbished technology would be useful but is not essential.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, customer focused, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer communications from order to delivery and ensure a professional experience.
• Support customer enquiries, quotes and product questions for sales and reseller partners.
• Assist with ITAD operations, logistics coordination and ERP-related tasks.
• Contribute to business development, process improvements and documentation.
