Junior Campaign Executive – Full-Time, On-Site (Manchester)

Manchester | Full-time | Monday–Friday | Immediate Start

Resolve Solutions works with some of the UK’s most recognised brands — from household names in energy and telecoms to national charities and consumer services. We’re expanding our Manchester team and looking for ambitious individuals to join us as Junior Campaign Executives.

This is a great opportunity if you want to build a career in campaign management and sales strategy. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, with full training, one-to-one mentoring, and the chance to progress quickly into leadership roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets
• Supporting campaign planning alongside senior managers
• Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to campaign strategies
• Taking initiative, making decisions, and leading by example
