Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a logistics environment.
• Strong IT skills including basic Microsoft Office.
• No logistics experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ropes and gain hands-on experience in customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries and keep them updated.
• Track deliveries and coordinate collections for customers.
• Support account management and build strong business relationships.
• Work with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
