Job summary

Thornton Legal in Chester is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with around 1–4 years' PQE to join its established corporate team. You will handle a broad range of transactions, from share purchases to reorganisations, and work directly with clients across multiple sectors.

This role offers regular client contact and the opportunity to grow alongside experienced Corporate Partners, taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' PQE in corporate law.
