Job summary

TSR Legal in Cardiff is expanding its boutique corporate team and is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join the Cardiff office. You will handle high-profile transactions and contribute to growing the Welsh national corporate practice.

The role covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity, with opportunities to draft key documents, develop client relationships and assist with business development. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a solicitor with corporate experience (4+ PQE).
• Strong drafting skills and ability to offer clear, commercially viable advice.
• Up-to-date knowledge of corporate law developments and government policies.
• Proficiency with MS Office, digital dictation, and electronic time recording.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and technically proficient legal advice on a broad range of corporate transactions.
• Understand and manage client needs, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and commercial awareness.
• Develop technical and commercial expertise through training and supervision.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Support business development initiatives for the team.
