Job summary

eNL is seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor for a full-time role in Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years PQE and manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and group arrangements, with strong drafting and negotiating skills.

You will advise on commercial contracts and governance issues, work with a diverse client base, and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused legal practice. Competitive remuneration is on offer.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years PQE required.
• Solid grounding in corporate and commercial matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Support business acquisitions and disposals for a varied client base.
• Assist with corporate reorganisations, restructures and group arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and other corporate documents.
• Provide advisory services on commercial contracts and governance issues.
