Job summary

An established law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with around 1-4 years' PQE to join its Chester team. This is a good opportunity for a junior to mid-level corporate lawyer who wants broad transactional experience, regular client contact and the chance to develop alongside experienced Corporate Partners.

The team offers junior lawyers exposure to a varied client base and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as their experience develops.

Role Overview

• Advise on business and share acquisitions and disposals.
