TSR Legal in South Wales seeks a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) to handle a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters. You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and governance, draft and negotiate agreements, and support complex transactions while developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage and oversee complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Advise on corporate governance issues and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and stay abreast of legal developments.
• Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
